About the property

briancon-apartmentsThis self catering duplex apartment is set within a peaceful traditional French chalet in the alpine town of Briançon. At around 150 squared meters, our accomodation is suitable for around 8 to 10 people. The chalet was converted to self catering apartments in 2008 and has since become a popular destination for families and groups wanting to make the most of the French Alps, Serre Chevalier ski station and the alpine town of Briançon.

The apartment is split between the first and second floor, is south facing and has magnificent views from the balcony, providing a superb view of Briançon, the mountains and the ski slopes. In addition to the fabulous views, there is a large garden you can enjoy and private parking available for 2 cars.

 

Facilities

The apartment is on two floors, connected with a staircase, here are some of the features of this exquisite apartment.

On the ground floor:

  • A large south-facing traditional wooden chalet styled dining room and lounge with a large balcony
  • A large north-facing kitchen equipped with all the necessary modern appliances (details below)
  • A bathroom with shower and toilet
  • A south-facing bedroom and balcony with a double bed suitable for 2 people
  • A east-facing cosy mountain style bedroom with a bunk bed accommodating 2 people

On the first floor:

  • A south-facing bedroom with a double bed for 2 people with a balcony and ensuite toilet and bath
  • A south-facing small bedroom with 2 bunk beds
  • A separate bathroom with a toilet and bath
  • A separate toilet

How is the apartment kitted out?

Our apartment has all the necessary immediaties:

  • All the beds have new bedding duvets and bed linen can be provided when asked at a cost of €10 per bed.
